 Felisa Chavez-Wagoner = CEO/CFO/ Administrator &  Principle Owner

 Mrs. Wagoner’s background is in Law. She attended Cal Northern School of Law where she studied Business, Corporate, Contract and Employment Law.  She is also a Certified Paralegal with a strong background in Family Law and Probate Law. Before co-founding CW Electric, she owned and operated Elite Legal Services.   

Dale J. Wagoner = Vice President, RMO, Estimator & Project Manager

 Mr. Wagoner has worked in the electrical field for over 30 years. He was trained by a master electrician and gained electrical expertise in the over 2o years that he worked in the field as a Journeyman Electrician and Project Superintendent.  Mr. Wagoner had been a licensed C-10 Electrical Contractor since 1991 before he co-founded CW Electric.

We have truly been blessed with an awesome group of highly skilled, personable, dependable and dedicated guys! All of our Electricians are Certified Journeyman Electricians. We also employ and train WECA Electrical Apprentices and Trainees.  We appreciate our team tremendously!

Vicki Perryman of Accounting Solutions = We are thankful to have Vicki as part of our Administrative team. She is a Certified Quickbooks Trainer and Bookkeeper and makes accounting look easy- She is a true asset and Godsend!

 CW Electric’s Inception 

CW Electric, was co-founded and so named by Felisa Chavez-Wagoner “C” and her husband Dale J. Wagoner “W“.  

CW Electric began as a small 2 person electrical contractor in 2003. With God’s grace and blessings, along with our hard working, knowledgeable, dedicated employees and loyal repeat customers; CW Electric tripled in size in just 3 short years!  In 2006 we incorporated as, CW Electrical Inc. dba CW Electric. 

Meeting and Exceeding Our Goals 

We have gained much expertise in the electrical field over the years, especially in the area of Alternative Energy. We set a goal when we started CW Electric, to be at the forefront of Solar Energy Technology. We were dedicated to becoming a forerunner in contracting Solar Energy Projects. We are proud to say we have not only met, but exceeded this goal.  We are honored to be one of California’s leading and most trusted Electrical Solar Contractors.  

CW Electric Solar Division  has installed some of the largest and most revolutionary solar arrays in California.  For example, CW Electric was the chosen electrical contractor to install the Walmart Corporations 1st and largest roof top solar arrays in California at their Porterville and Hanford stores. We were also the chosen electrical contractor for the Lake County Municipal Center 2.5 MegaWatt Solar Projects. 

 We’ve Changed but our Commitment to Our Customers Has Not

We are no longer the small 1 man/1 woman contractor we started out as. Much of the time we have over 20 full-time employees working on several projects at the same time. However, we still believe in staying true to our philosophy of providing our customers with the same personal contact, excellent customer service and quality control oversight that they received from us when we were a small family business.  We believe the fact that over 85% of our business is with satisfied repeat customers is due largely in part to that firm commitment to our customer. We maintain  constant, clear and open communication with our customers from the beginning design phases of their project through the completion of our scope of work and we often offer our assistance well beyond the close of a project.
